A. Clubs may have more than one team if they choose, and may divide up cooking duties as they wish.
B. CLUBS MUST SUBMIT THEIR INTENT TO PARTICIPATE NO LATER THAN 30 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT.
2. Pork will be the entree meat. Each team will provide their own pork, and must submit what kind of cut they will be using when they register their intent to participate, a minimum of 30 days prior to the event.
3. The "Mystery Beer" is a REQUIRED ingredient (not only in the cooks, but in the entree). The mystery beer to be used in the entree will be selected, announced and distributed by Ron Elshaug (Timberworts' "Honorary Bringer Of The Beer") on the Friday evening of the campout.
4. Pork entrees must be ready to serve at 6:00 pm Saturday or the team will be disqualified (however, we will still eat your entree when it is ready!).
5. Clubs (or non-club individuals) not participating in the Pork Off will contribute $5 per person for the meal.
6. Entrees will be judged based on the following criteria, by a judging team comprised of one member from each participating club:

D. Tenderness (forkability--remember we're using plasticware!)
E. Condiment enhancement/accompaniment (i.e. rub, relish, sauce, marinade, accompanying fruit, etc.)
7. In addition to the above judging, there will also be a People's Choice Award. Everyone will have the opportunity to submit one vote for their favorite pork entree.
The Timberworts club, as hosts, will provide side dishes for the meal, as well as plates, napkins, utensils, etc.
