Assistant Brew Master Dave Berg will take us on a very

special tour of the entire brewery, including the cellars!

Saturday morning 10:00 am - Homebrew Competition

judging in Schell's old taproom

Sequestered away so we don't frighten the general public,

Dave Berg has kindly offered use of Schell's old taproom

for our competition judging.

Saturday evening 7:00 pm - First Annual Cook-Off

Competition & Group Dinner

Pork entrees by the teams entered in the Cook-Off, sides

provided by the host MN Timberworts. $5 per person for dinner.

Sunday morning ~9:00 am - Communal Breakfast

One final feast for the road. Cooked communally over the

central firepit, everyone contributes something and the result

is amazing! Possible contributions include eggs, bacon,

sausages, biscuits, cinnamon rolls, fresh tomatoes,

orange juice, coffee, or just about anything else.
