NEW THIS YEAR

We are planning to add a new facet to the homebrew campout in 2007: an inter-club cook-off in the style of "Iron Chef"! Each participating club team will prepare a meat entry (using beer in the recipe, of course!) to vie for a trophy. We are hoping this will become an annual event.

NOTE: We are requiring notification of intent to participate from each club team NO LATER THAN 30 DAYS IN ADVANCE in order to help with planning. At the same time, an RSVP of approximate number of club members planning to attend the campout would greatly assist the Pork Off/Pork Out organizers so they can determine the necessary quantity of pork each team needs to prepare.
